We currently maintain an internal database of over 85,000 pre-screened applicants, all of which have gone through our extensive pre-qualification process. As a company policy, we never set up a candidate for an in person meeting with one of our clients without first having every candidate come into our office for an in-depth face to face interview, which is set up by appointment only. We believe that this is the only way to truly understand a candidate’s drive and motivation, personality, ideal working environment, and their long term career goals. Our staff of professionals is thorough in its efforts to diligently review every candidates’ skills, position requirements, and to select the best candidate the market has to offer.
In addition to our face to face interviews, we follow an in-depth evaluation process which includes:
- Extensive skills testing (we use the latest version of Prove it! skill assessment programs)
- Employment history validation and reference checking
- Criminal background checks which can be completed upon request through our screening provider, HireRight; one of the world’s largest providers in the industry that delivers increased efficiency and faster turnaround.
- The Bachrach Group, Ltd. is also an active participant and compliant with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration’s E-verify program that determines the employment eligibility of candidates.
