Before introducing a potential candidate, we first follow an in-depth evaluation process which includes complete resume reviews, face to face interviews, extensive skills testing (we use the latest version of Prove it! skill assessment programs), employment history validation and extensive reference checking. Criminal background checks can also be completed upon request with an average turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours.
