OUR SCREENING PROCESS:

As a company policy, we never set up a candidate for an in person meeting with one of our clients without first having an in-depth face to face multi-level interview, which is set up by appointment only. We believe that this is the only way to truly understand a candidate’s skills, drive and motivation, personality, ideal working environment, and their long term career goals.

In addition to our face to face interviews, we follow an in-depth evaluation process which includes:

  • Employment history validation and reference checking

  • Education and Professional License verifications. *
