CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: |
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of healthcare systems joint quality improvement and clinical integration initiatives. The chosen physician/director will work with other physicians increasing value of care delivered to patients by improving quality and reducing costs. The candidate should have the ability to build and negotiate collaborative relationships. They should have a comprehensive understanding of hospital and physician practice functions, standards, policies and applicable state, federal and auditing agency regulations.
